Lead-Based Paint Testing

Health Canada indicates that if your home was built prior to 1960, your home probably contains lead-based paint. If built between 1960 and 1990, the exterior may contain lead-based paint. Removing, repairing or disturbing this paint through normal wear-and-tear (such as paint on doors, windows, stairs and railings) can expose you and your children to serious health risks.

Our consultants will visually inspect and assess for suspect lead-based paint and bring the applicable samples to a 3rd party accredited laboratory.
